Companies house are no longer sending paper reminders

Companies House have recently announced that they will no longer be sending paper reminder letters.

They have stated that the cost of printing these letters was £1.2million last year, which can now be reinvested into their other products and services. The alternative is that you can receive email reminders to tell you when your confirmation statement or accounts are due.

To sign up to their email reminder service head to: the Gov.uk website.

The service is free, and you can choose up to 4 people to receive a reminder (which can include us as your agent). You can also file your document immediately from a link within the emails.
