Several factors contributed to our success in the Health & Well-Being Excellence category. We have implemented comprehensive wellness programmes that address both physical and mental health. These include the implementation of hugely popular Quest initiative. This is a company-wide programme that sees us come together quarterly to nurture our core values of Quality, Enthusiasm, Smart Working and Team work in ways that promote self-improvement, positive mental health, and optimum well-being.
